Huaide College of Changzhou University is located in Jingjiang City, Taizhou City. It is an independent college jointly organized by Changzhou University and Jingjiang City, Taizhou City with the approval of the Ministry of Education and the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education.
It originated from Huaide College, a public and private secondary college of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology founded in March 2002. In May 2005, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, the college was transformed into an independent college, 20 10, and renamed with the approval of the Ministry of Education.

It is planned to relocate the college to Jingjiang Campus in Taizhou from 2065438 to 2007.
