A village called He in Pumiao Town, Nanning, Guangxi, is on the uphill of Pumiao Town and Hehe Village, Yongning District, Nanning. Pumiao Town was built in the 9th year of Yongzheng in Qing Dynasty (173 1) and has a history of 286 years. Pumiao Town is the seat of Yongning District Government, located at the intersection of Bachijiang River and Yongjiang River, 5 km away from downtown Nanning/kloc-0, which is the political, economic and cultural center of the city.
