Zhuge Liang "banished pigs"
During the Eastern Han Dynasty, Zhuge Liang marched south and passed by Zhong Qiucheng. When he saw barren land and barren crops, he went to visit people. People are suffering. It turned out that whenever flash floods broke out in the rainy season, floods flooded fields and crops, and the people were miserable. Zhuge Liang was very sad to see this situation. He decided to station troops on the spot to drain floods for the benefit of the people.
One day, he took a wooden cart and came to Beishan (now Chashan). When he saw the stone rolling on the mountain, he sat on a big stone, closed his eyes and said a spell. Suddenly, the stone head left the ground like a ball of light on the mountain and became a group of pigs. Zhuge Liang followed closely. Passers-by on the road have never seen such a scene, and they are all surprised and say, "Where did this Taoist get so many pigs?" What is he going to do? " He was happy all the way, singing while walking, and unconsciously came to the North Diaoyutai of Hongfu Temple.
At this time, Zhuge Liang saw a woman washing clothes by the river, and sang proudly: "Strange, strange, strange, the stones on the northern mountain have turned into pigs, benefiting the people, blocking the flood and nourishing the fertile fields." The woman who washed clothes said, "What's the use of a Taoist priest coming here with a group of stones?" In an instant, this large group of pigs turned into stones, and went quietly to Diaoyutai in the north and to the east in the south. They are neatly arranged and five miles long. Stones naturally form dikes and block rivers, so that the Yi River will no longer flood and people on both sides of the strait will live and work in peace and contentment.
The story of Zhuge Liang's "herding pigs" has been passed down to this day. Now, when you stand on both sides of the Yi River and look along Henan from Diaoyutai, rows of large white stones covered with moss are lying on the shore, doing their respective duties; Listen quietly, there is a gentle breath in the river wind. ...
The legend of Longwang Temple
Legend has it that a long time ago, the old dragon in Jinghe River was beheaded in the wild by Wei Zhengmeng in the Tang Dynasty for violating the dogma. It haunted, always looking for opportunities to avenge itself.
On this day, it whirled around with ghosts and suddenly saw a big river flowing eastward. I think Wei Zhi beheaded me for no reason, so I can't make clouds and rain, and become a homeless ghost. Why don't I occupy this river and force people on both sides to sacrifice livestock and fruits for my benefit? As a result, its ghost went into the water, caught a big water snake, came back to life and became a big snake dragon. In the Yi River, it used to be a demon, and the water often overflowed, which made people miserable.
One day, the snake dragon came to people with black wind and flood, and said fiercely, "This river is mine. If you want to survive, you must send some wine and meat and a couple of men and women every month. "
At that time, in order to survive, people had to reluctantly send a pair of poor children to the snake dragon every month.
There is a young man named Gao Da in the West Village of yi river. Seeing that the villagers were destroyed by the snake dragon, his heart ached and he was determined to get rid of the snake dragon. He asked the elders in the village, "Can you try to save everyone?" The elders said, "Son, if you want to surrender this snake dragon, you have to consult Mengshan Mountain God!" " "
So I bid farewell to my relatives, suffered a lot along the way, and found Mengshan Mountain God.
The mountain god opened his eyes, looked at the tall man and said, "To get rid of this scourge, you must be sincere, bold and brave." Aren't you afraid since childhood? " Tall and stubborn, he said, "Do you think I am young? Although the weight is small, I am willing to lay down my life to get rid of this scourge. "
Hearing this, Mengshan God nodded with satisfaction, turned around and took out an Excalibur from the stone box and said, "This Excalibur splits the mountain to kill the demon. If you aim at the snake dragon, you can subdue it by stabbing 749 swords. However, every time you stab the nine-sword snake dragon, it will bring you a disaster. When you stab forty-nine swords, you will become a dragon and will never be an adult again. Young man, don't you regret it? "
Fearless, he said: "As long as I kill the snake dragon and relieve the suffering of people on both sides of the strait, I am not afraid of death."
Gao bid farewell to the mountain gods and walked for many days and nights before finding the cave where the snake dragon stabbed. He dived into the water and fought the snake dragon.
What a tall man, waving Excalibur, stabbed the snake dragon with seven swords, and suddenly the waves were sky-high, and the flying sand covered his head and came at him. The snake dragon opened its huge mouth and spewed a stream of black cold water. Suddenly, the cold was biting, which almost froze the tall man, but he held his breath and insisted on stabbing with his sword. After stabbing the 21st sword, the snake spit out golden light, and suddenly saw a beautiful woman as beautiful as flowers and pure as jade appear in front of her. The beautiful woman hugged him charmingly and said, "Young man, why did you ask for trouble and do such a foolish thing?"? Come with me and live a good life! " The tall man calmed himself down, gritted his teeth and drove away this charming beauty, and had a big fight with the snake dragon. When you came to my file, when the snake dragon was stabbed out of 47 blood holes, countless water snakes came out from all directions, and tall snakes unconsciously wrapped around him, leaving him unconscious. But he gritted his teeth and tried his best to stab the snake dragon with two deadly swords. Suddenly, blood was like a spring, the river turned red, and the huge body of the snake dragon surfaced. The tall man also slowly fell into the water and became a dragon.
Since then, the Yi River has stopped flooding, the flowers on both sides of the river are fragrant, and the people have lived a comfortable life again.
In order to commemorate the height of eliminating pesticides for the people, the Golden Wall Longwang Temple was built near the east of Hongfu Temple to pray for peace.
Time has passed, and now the Longwang Temple is long gone, but two thick pine and cypress trees in front of the temple are still witnessing this beautiful legend.
