Renhuai city and Xishui County are both county-level administrative districts in Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, and there is no direct administrative subordinate relationship between them. Therefore, renhuai city is not among the three towns in Xishui County.

Renhuai city is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, located in the northwest of Guizhou Province, in the middle reaches of Chishui River, and on the north side of the western section of Dalou Mountain. The whole city covers an area of 1788 square kilometers, governs 20 towns (streets) and has a total population of 654,700.
