According to the book, Long Mu is a mountain grape and longmu fruit wine, which is now the wild mountain grape juice wine. China Time-honored Tieshanshan JIU
Liaoning Tieshan Winery is located at the foot of Jiuding Tieshan Mountain, the birthplace of Taoism in Northeast China, beside Xiushui in Liaodong-Prince River, with beautiful scenery. Iron sand mountain is a natural well with towers on the mountain and springs under the mountain. This well is naturally formed, inexhaustible in winter and summer, and extremely sweet. "Benxi County Records" lamented: 1807, Wang Erlie, the flag bearer of Liaodong, a famous genius and the teacher of Jiaqing Emperor, established the "Yong Longquan" boiling pot in Tiesha Mountain. Since then, the "Yong Longquan" wok has thrived on this treasure trove of geomantic omen and Lingshan Xianquan. In the third year of Daoguang, namely 1823, Wang Erlie handed over the "Yong Longquan" cooking pot to the local flag bearer Zhangjiajiu, and brewed 20,000 tons of sorghum wine every year, making it the largest brewing workshop in Benxi.
