Oubei is a sub-district office under the jurisdiction of Lucheng District of Wenzhou City, located in the southwest of Wenzhou City, and is one of the main commercial and cultural centers of Wenzhou City. Oubei is located in the center of Wenzhou, with convenient transportation, dense population and developed economy, and has a series of public service facilities such as commerce, culture, education and medical care. It is an important urban node and population gathering area in Wenzhou.
