Car companies should be more cautious when upgrading OTA.

However, the development of intelligence also exposed some OTA chaos. For example, some consumers reported that after their cars completed the OTA upgrade in the middle of the night, the new system was more difficult to use than the old system, and even there were problems such as system jam and decreased fluency. Some consumers reported that the functions promoted during the sales process were not carried, and OTA upgrade was needed later, but the time was not fixed. After the accident of new energy vehicles, users and car companies often have different opinions. The debate about "system failure" or "improper operation" is endless, and the testing time of relevant institutions is too long, which has caused authoritative doubts.
