1, faculty and staff
As of June 20 19, there were 263 full-time teachers in secondary and higher vocational schools, including 1523 teachers for specialized courses and1person for basic courses. There are 66 off-campus part-time teachers and 29 on-campus part-time teachers. Among the full-time teachers in the college, there are 55 teachers with senior titles, accounting for 20.9%, 60 teachers with intermediate titles, 90 teachers with junior titles, accounting for 22.8%, and 58 teachers without grading. There are 86 "double-qualified" teachers, accounting for 32.6% of teachers with master's degree or above, 19.8% of teachers with bachelor's degree and 710.9% of teachers with junior college degree or below, accounting for 8.3%.

3. Training room construction
The college has 58 professional experimental training rooms for Chinese cooking, western cooking and Chinese and western restaurant services, and 4 master studios at or above the provincial level, such as master studios and innovation studios. It is the main workstation of China cuisine.
Teaching achievement
In 20021year, the college Chinese teaching team and the cooking technology teaching team won the third prize in the Henan Teaching Ability Competition in 20021year respectively. Four teachers, including Wang Jieting, Ren Dameng, Pan Lulu and Ai, won three second prizes for excellent courses in secondary vocational schools, and 1 third prize. Philip Burkart and other teachers won 3 second prizes and 6 third prizes in the education and teaching informatization competition; Won the teaching achievement award at or above the municipal level 1 item, and 9 educational reform projects at the municipal level in Changyuan.
In May 2022, two projects of the school were approved as Henan Higher Education Reform 202 1 Research and Practice Project.
