Qing Qianlong's Rebuilding the County Records of Wucheng and the Republic of China's Rebuilding the County Records of Enxian recorded that Wucheng belonged to Yanzhou in the Tang, Yu, Xia and Shang Dynasties. The Spring and Autumn Period is a contemptible place in eastern Shanxi. The Warring States period was Zhao Di's Dongwucheng. Dongwucheng County was established in the Western Han Dynasty. At the beginning of the Western Jin Dynasty, it still belonged to Dongwucheng County. During the reign of Taikang (280-289), the word "East" was removed and renamed Wucheng County.
During the Sixteen Kingdoms Period of the Eastern Jin Dynasty, it belonged to Houzhao (327 years in the second year of Xianhe), Yan Qian (366 years in the first year of Taihe) and Qianqin (382 years in the seventh year of Taiyuan), and it has always been under the jurisdiction of Qinghe County. During the Southern and Northern Dynasties, it belonged to Qinghe County, Jizhou Department of Southern Song Dynasty. When Emperor Daming (457-464) was filial, he belonged to Qinghe County, Xiangzhou Department of Northern Wei Dynasty. During the Eastern Wei Dynasty (Wuding four years, 546 years), it belonged to Qinghe County. The Northern Qi Dynasty moved Qinghe County from the northeast of Linqing County 15 to Xinzhou City in the northwest of Qinghe County 15 in Hebei Province, and merged Beiqiu County, about 10 in the southeast of Linqing County, into the old governance of Qinghe County, renamed Beiqiu County, and Wucheng was also included in Beiqiu County. Emperor Wu of the Northern Zhou Dynasty (577, the sixth year of Jiande) placed Zhou Bei in Pingqiba County, and Wucheng belonged to Beiqiu County of Zhoubei.
The Sui Dynasty still belonged to Beiqiu County, Zhou Bei County and Qinghe County.
The Tang Dynasty belonged to Qinghe County, Zhou Bei City, Hebei Province.
In the early Song Dynasty, it belonged to Zhou Bei, Hebei East Road. In the eighth year of Li Qing (1048), the first king of Zhuo arose, and the emperor ordered Wen Yanbo to crusade, kill the king and pardon his subordinates. Therefore, he asked the emperor for approval to change Zhou Bei to Zhou En and Wu Cheng to Lianzhou. 1 127, after the Southern Song Dynasty, Wucheng belonged to Luyi, Daming Prefecture.
Wucheng County in Qing Dynasty belonged to Gaotang Prefecture of Dongchangfu, Shandong Province. In the eighth year of Yongzheng (1730), Tang Zhou was changed to Zhili Prefecture, which governed four counties. Wucheng is located in Linqing District, Dongchangfu, Shandong Province.
19 13 years (2 years of the Republic of China), the prefecture system was abolished, and Shandong Province was changed to Jiaodong, Jixi, Dai Nan and Daibei, and Wucheng County was subordinate to Jixi Road. 19 14 (in the third year of the Republic of China), the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the National Government announced the names of provinces, and Jixi Road in Shandong Province was changed to East Road, and Wucheng County belonged to East Road. 1925 (14), Wucheng County was changed to Linde Road.
1927 (16), the national government abolished the Taoist system and set up provincial and county governments, with Wucheng County under the jurisdiction of Shandong Provincial Government. 1932 (2 1 year of the Republic of China), the Provisional Regulations on the Administrative Supervision Department promulgated by the Executive Yuan of the National Government stipulated that the administrative supervision department should be established below the provincial level as an agency of the provincial government. Wucheng county belongs to Linqing administrative supervision department.
1937 (in 26 years of the Republic of China), Shandong Province has 12 administrative regions, and Wucheng County is the fourth administrative supervision department. 1938 (27 years of the Republic of China), the Shandong provincial government set up three administrative offices in Luxi, Lubei and Jiaodong, and divided them into twelve administrative supervision areas. Wucheng County belongs to the Fourth Administrative Inspector's Office of Luxi Administrative Office. 1945 (in 34 years of the Republic of China), Shandong Province was changed to six provincial government departments, including Lubei and Northwest Shandong, and Wucheng County was the fourth administrative supervision department of Northwest Shandong. In the same year, the whole territory of Wucheng County was liberated and the Kuomintang rule ended.

At the same time, Wucheng county anti-Japanese democratic government was established, which was subordinate to the administrative office of southern Hebei. In August of the same year, it was changed to the sixth exclusive office of the Executive Director's Office of Jinan Taihang Taiyue Administrative Liaison Office.

1945 In May, the administrative office of southern Hebei was merged into the administrative office of Hebei, Shandong and Henan, and the anti-Japanese democratic government of Wucheng County was also the second agency of the administrative office of Hebei, Shandong and Henan in the Shanxi-Hebei-Shandong border region government. 1In August, 945, the Japanese invaders surrendered and War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression won, and the anti-Japanese government in Wucheng County was renamed Wucheng County Government. Its affiliation has not changed.
1949 August 13, changed to Hengshui Commissioner's Office in Hebei Province. 1950, the county government was renamed as Wucheng County People's Government.
1952 wucheng county people's government was placed under the jurisdiction of Dezhou Commissioner's office in Shandong province. 1956, the institution of Dezhou was revoked, and Wucheng County was placed under the Liaocheng Commissioner's Office of Shandong Province. 1958 12.
