Jeff Chang Shin-Che Shen Che,1born in Taiwan Province on March 26th, 967, is a singer, actor and head of the stage troupe. 1987, Jeff Chang Shin-Che Shen Che signed a contract with Jushi Music, a subsidiary of Rolling Stone Records, and released his first album Lies in 1989.
