The money is ready, how to choose SLR and micro-single?
Before buying a camera, many friends around me will come and ask me what brand of camera I want to buy and which model of this brand is suitable for me.

In response to your doubts, let me talk about it for your reference. The article is not a soft advertisement, please feel free to read it.

Let's first understand the difference between SLR and micro-single. Professional concepts are not explained. Baidu made it clear, so I won't recite it. I will only give you the most understandable explanation here.

SLR: Large, well-controlled, professional, and there will be clicks or clicks when taking pictures. Speaking of this, digression, although SLR cameras still use mechanical shutters, the sound is very small, and the movement you hear in your ears is basically the sound of reflectors. Consider brands-Canon, Nikon.

Micro-single: small size, professional level is definitely no problem. But if you meet someone who doesn't know much, you may feel that what you are holding is not so professional. Including the current wedding activity company, the awareness of micro-single is still not as high as that of SLR. Everyone can understand this. In addition, the micro-sheet itself has no reflector and almost no sound, but most machines can simulate sound and give you the pleasure of taking pictures. Consider the brand Sony.

Having said that, we basically narrowed the scope of the brand to three brands. These three brands are also affordable to the public. I don't recommend niche brands, not that they don't do well, mainly in terms of lenses and accessories, which are a bit embarrassing, either too expensive or too difficult to match, so I generally only recommend these three brands of machines.

Of course, if you have a unique artistic pursuit or a partner with unlimited funds, you can also study it yourself. Hasselblad, Lycra, Pentax and other brands are naturally quite good.

Get down to business

What price to buy a camera.

To put it bluntly, you need to know how much you can afford to buy this item. This is the first consideration when we choose a camera.

Give you a few intervals:

3000-6000 entry machine selection.

Canon xxxD or xxxxD (Canon's naming rules, the entry level is 3 digits or 4 digits followed by a D). Nikon D3xxx or D5xxx (Nikon D will be in the front)

Selection of the midrange computer in 6000- 12000.

Canon xxD and Canon 7d series (although the 7D series fuselage has no choice, it has always been in C format). Nikon D7xxx

Selection of high-end machines above 12000 (recommended models are all Quan Huafu models).

Canon 6D, 5D and 1D series. Nikon D6xx, D7xx, D8xx, Dx series. Sony A7 and A9 series.

How to choose a brand?

This thing is the hardest to say. Different people have different opinions. There is a saying that "Canon is soft and Nikon-pointed, and Canon looks like Nikon", but I think it really depends on your preference. With the standard, any brand can make a good film. The only thing to remind is that Canon and Nikon's lens zoom ring rotate in opposite directions.

How to choose the machine model?

Entry machine and mid-range machine. In fact, there is no need to compare these two levels of machines, as long as we follow a principle-buy new ones instead of old ones. If money is really tight, buy the last generation at the latest, and don't consider the models that go forward.

Note that the mid-range machine has a shoulder screen, but the entry machine does not. The mid-range machine is expensive, but it is well controlled. Generally, the mid-range will have an extra gear to adjust the aperture or shutter.

This level of high-end machines are generally updated only once every three to five years, and the update speed is relatively slow. Often when a new generation comes out, the previous generation will cut prices. It's time to actually start with the previous model, which is actually a good choice. It can not only save cost, but also ensure quality. Of course, local users can still follow the principle of buying new things instead of buying old ones.

How to choose micro-single and SLR?

It depends on what you do. If you are a pure photographer, you can't expect this to make money. Micro-single is actually a good choice. Good quality, light weight, travel is a good choice! I only recommend A7 and A9 series for Sony's micro-orders. Because I really didn't study the micro-sheet in C format carefully, and other series can't be said to be poor. I just want to say that A7 and A9 are outstanding.

If you earn money with your camera, I suggest you choose a SLR. Although A7 and A9 are excellent, you can't fool your customers visually, so you may just pass you. That's what people do. They always think big is good. Until now, many friends still think that the video taken by SLR cameras is definitely not as good as that of big cameras.

Lens selection.

When you buy a camera, you usually have a suit, but if the matching lens is 18-55, you don't want it. This head belongs to a dog. You can't beat it anymore. It's too close to reach and tasteless. Canon in C format also needs 18- 135, and Nikon in C format also needs 18- 105. Although these two shots are not very good, if you are a beginner, they will be enough for you for a long time. To sum up: the wide-angle end of 18 is fine, but the telephoto end must be greater than 70, which is convenient for your daily shooting.
