Anren Ancient Town Anren Ancient Town has a long history. Anren County was established as early as the third year of Tang Wude (AD 620) (more than 50 years before the establishment of Dayi County), belonging to Qiongzhou, Jiannan Province. According to Taiping Universe, it is named after the meaning of "benevolence and peace". At that time, the county government was located in today's Anren Town, so it was named because it was "Anren" county government in ancient times. Until the 21st year of Yuan Dynasty (AD 1284), the organizational system of Anren County was abolished, and its jurisdiction was transferred to Dayi County.

Liu Manor is two miles away from the town, and there are two tall buildings in the distance. Liu Manor is one of the "six golden flowers" of Sichuan tourism development recognized by the International Tourism Organization. It is listed as a key tourism resource in the overall planning of Sichuan tourism development, a 4A-level tourist attraction by the state and a national patriotic education base for young people.
