First, the main problems and deficiencies
Since working in the guidance office, with the guidance and help of school leaders and colleagues, I have improved my quality and completed all the work and tasks seriously, but there is still a big gap.
First, ideological emancipation is not strong enough. The consciousness of striving for strength in work is not strong, the ideas of keeping pace with the times, pioneering and innovating, renewing ideas and working boldly are not firmly established, and there is no new bright spot in work. I am used to dealing with problems with old methods and experiences at work, but I dare not break the old rules and routines, and my work lacks initiative and creativity; The spirit of pioneering and innovation is not strong, and there are many jobs that I want to do but dare not do. I am timid, lack of determination and courage, and think that my working ability is weak and my work is difficult, so that I have always been afraid of difficulties. So my work has not been greatly improved.
Second, lack of enthusiasm for learning. In daily work, I always relax my self-study consciously or unconsciously, and I "go through the motions" and become a mere formality, learning unconsciously and not actively. I am satisfied with "skimming the water" in my study, and I don't have a comprehensive grasp of relevant policies and regulations. When dealing with specific things, I often analyze the situation according to subjective assumptions and experience and deal with problems; Practicalism in theoretical study, learning something about work, not learning or dabbling in things that are not closely related to work, just learning for the sake of learning, so learning becomes formal and dogmatic. Third, the work style is not strict enough. Sometimes there are mistakes and omissions in proofreading, and sometimes the cleaning is not timely and thorough; If you are not active in your work, you will do whatever the leader arranges, and you will only be satisfied with completing the tasks assigned by the leader. When they encounter difficulties in their work, they often wait for the instructions of the leaders, say step by step, don't do the work in a solid, deep and detailed way, and try to solve the problems when they appear; Take the initiative to consider the lack of work, lack of systematic consideration and research on your own work, sometimes regard work as a burden, and not pay attention to the improvement of working methods will bring motivation to your own work.
Second, the rectification measures and efforts
Through this ideological and style rectification activity, I have clearly seen some problems in my thoughts, studies and work, but it is not enough to just find out the problems and analyze the reasons. First, further emancipate the mind and work hard on innovation. I. Existing problems

Usually, I am too busy trying to do my job well, paying little attention to what is happening around me, not enthusiastic enough about things that have nothing to do with me, not enthusiastic enough about the masses, not enough communication with other teachers, and not enthusiastic enough to help comrades around me find ways to help solve practical problems.
(2) Strive for stability and fear for chaos.
Sometimes, it is not enough to treat the work only as the tasks assigned by the school leaders, and it is often not enough to talk step by step according to the work assigned by the school. Because the mind is not emancipated enough, I dare not think, try, rush or take risks, and I lack the work attitude and courage to overcome difficulties. I'm not demanding of myself. I think I'm too busy with work, too many things and not enough time. Just do your job wholeheartedly.
(3) Lack of work enthusiasm and initiative
Sometimes there are some "inside and outside" things in my mind, such as "mind your own business, don't push it off" and "don't ask for merit, but ask for nothing". Even in my own work, the arrangement is sometimes very different from the requirements of leaders at all levels. Works are inevitably subjective, limited and one-sided. Not far from thinking, not standing high, the ideological realm has not mentioned a higher level, the purpose concept is not strong, and its own positioning is inaccurate. (5) The discipline requirements are not high.
At work, I thought that I basically didn't ask for leave, and it was exemplary enough to leave early and return late, but looking back, I was still liberal in many aspects and didn't have high requirements for discipline. Although we treat our students as kindly as our own children, in retrospect, many times we don't care enough about and love our children.
