The selection criteria of Black Pearl Restaurant include cooking products, service environment and inheritance and innovation.
The restaurants on the list in Suzhou are Xinmeihua Jiangnan Yachu (Gong Li Daba Store), Jinhai Huayue Poetry Oriental Tide 27, Dashu Fifth Street (Eslite Store), Suzhou Hyatt Hotel Huachi 88 Chinese Restaurant, Suzhou Park Hyatt Hotel Xizhouxuan, and Dingshan Craftsman Banquet (High-speed Rail New Town Store).
1. Xinmeihua Jiangnan Yachu (Gong Li Daba Branch)
