What should I do when the inkjet printer makes a big picture?
Hello this friend! Deviation of spray cloth is a common problem in spray painting. I am a workshop operator of inkjet printing company, and I also use cyber machine. According to my experience, I can provide you with some effective methods for your reference. First of all, let's analyze the reasons for the deviation of inkjet printed cloth, mainly including the following factors:

First, when the cloth was put up, the light box cloth was not straight. First of all, it should be noted that the panel air suction (vacuum air suction) button should be opened in advance before deployment. When the cloth is laid, the person in front should spread (stretch) the light box flat, so that the cloth of the light box and the panel of the machine can be smooth and obedient. At the same time, pay attention to the state of the cloth behind, and only when it is completely straight and tight can the cloth pressing shaft be fixed. Then measure the distance from the left end of the panel to the left end of the light box cloth. Don't just look at the size of a position, measure it from top to bottom, and try to be as accurate as possible (the maximum error must be less than 0.5 mm). It is important to see whether the light box cloth is perpendicular to the machine panel! If there is any deviation, you can lift the cloth pressing shaft for fine adjustment. If the deviation is large, you can see it within one minute after the cloth is laid. For long graphs, the latter situation is difficult to control. Before spraying a picture with a length of more than 9 meters at one time, if possible, measure the edge distance first, then step 3-4 meters, and measure the edge distance again, the more accurate the better!

Second, the cloth roll is not compacted before leaving the factory, the tightness at both ends is inconsistent, the middle is empty or the cloth roll is not round, which leads to uneven stress at the left and right ends during the March. With the rolling of the cloth roll, the tight end will gradually shift to the loose end, and in severe cases, the cloth roll will be rolled into a spiral shape. At this point, first lift one end slightly, and gently smooth the outer layer by hand, so that the spiral outer layer basically disappears (it doesn't matter if it is loose). Then, the cloth should be moved to the side slowly, and be careful not to rush for success. Let the cloth roll move to its original position gradually, bit by bit, preferably not more than 1cm at a time. After a period of adjustment, the position of the cloth will generally return to its original position soon. If the amplitude is too large, it may lead to a large number of wrinkles on the panel, which will make the nozzle slip on the screen and pollute the screen. Of course, no one wants to encounter this situation.

Third, there is not much cloth left, and the weight of the cloth roll is reduced. When rolling, slide to both ends. Actually, we have a very effective trick. I suggest you also use it. Put something in the position of the cloth winding rod at the right end of the machine (sprinkler) to block the gap between the cloth winding roller and the cloth winding rod, so that the cloth winding roller will never move to the left end again, so that the position of the left end is relatively fixed. Once moved to the right, the cloth roll will be pushed to the left to die. According to the effect of our use, it is still very good. You can find a 20 cm long iron pipe and tie it tightly with a 20 cm wide strip of cloth. When the thickness is appropriate, fix the cloth strip and put it in the gap of the shaft head at the front end of the cloth winding rod, which feels a little tight. In this way, the position of one end of the cloth roll is fixed. As long as a little deviation is found, it is more effective to control the deviation by gently holding this thing with a cloth roll.

Four. Other precautions: the thickness varies according to different fabrics. Generally speaking, the fabrics prone to deviation are mostly thin fabrics, such as No.2 and No.3 fabrics. You can feel the feel of the whole roll of cloth, which should be difficult to press. If it is easy to press, it will be soft. Before laying the cloth, put the cloth on the cloth winding rod and quickly wind it in the direction of the cloth for a few minutes, which will make it turn tighter and tighter. The reason that may be encountered again is that the cloth roll is not good and the edge of the cloth roll is uneven. Even if there is no problem in feeding cloth, it can change gradually with the edge distance, sometimes to the left and sometimes to the right. Of course, this is not man-made. You can leave more margin for deviation before tearing the screen. Generally, there are 2 cm white edges at both ends of the screen. You can set the screen narrower, such as 3-4 cm, to control the screen position.

Also, I think the idea I gave you is very important. Cloth with a width less than 320 cm can be adjusted at any time. Pay special attention to the 320 cm wide cloth when painting! Once the edge of one end deviates from the edge of the cloth pressing plate at both ends of the panel by less than 5 mm, it is quite dangerous! If you continue to shift to one end (or the other end) without margin, a big wrinkle will be propped up and the picture will be defiled. In severe cases, the canvas will be tilted, and the sprinkler will suddenly push the canvas aside, which will not only damage the picture, but also damage the sprinkler, which is irreparable. So be careful! This is not an alarmist, but a fact that I have experienced in my work.

As long as we pay attention to the above points, we can effectively prevent the deviation problem, even if there is a problem, it is relatively minor. Based on the principle of "preventing in advance and solving in time", it will always be smooth to think about several deviation factors in advance and prevent delay. Finally, a word of advice, the characteristics of inkjet cloth are constantly changing with the difference of thickness, more or less, the change of temperature and humidity in the workshop, the depth of ink color, etc., so the cloth roll behind the machine must be "watched frequently"! The above is my accumulated experience on this issue for your reference. I hope my answer is helpful to you.
