Rongcheng has no residence permit. Second-hand motorcycles can be licensed, but the original invoice of the motorcycle is needed.

To apply for a motorcycle license, you need the buyer's ID card, car purchase invoice, certificate of conformity and vehicle certificate.

Before applying for a license, you should bring the invoice, certificate of approval and your ID card of the newly purchased motorcycle to the IRS for additional tax on vehicle purchase, and go to the insurance company for compulsory motor vehicle third party liability insurance for your motorcycle. After completing the above business, you can apply for a license at the registration hall window of the traffic police brigade of the Public Security Bureau. If the procedures are complete, it can be done at one time. The required procedures are:

1. Original and photocopy of the second-generation ID card of the car buyer;

2. Car purchase invoice (the name of the buyer on the invoice should be consistent with the name on the provided ID card);

3, the original documents of vehicle purchase surcharge and compulsory motor vehicle third party liability insurance;

4, the original certificate of the new motorcycle and engine number, frame number rubbing;

5. Ride the newly bought motorcycle to the traffic police brigade to take photos and check the car.
