1. In the main panel of Photoshop software, click (File) to enter.

2. Click (New) in the "File" pop-up drop-down box to enter.

3. In the "New" box, set the name, width, height and resolution, and click (OK) to enter.

4. Draw a picture in the new picture created by Photoshop.
