2. Create a new layer and draw a curve on the new layer with the pen tool.

3. Set a pixel brush, and delete the pen path after the brush strokes 1 pixel.

4. Hide background layer and edit curve-define brush preset.

5. Delete the defined brush layer, open the eyes of the background layer, create a new layer, select the brush just defined, set the shape of the nib, set the size and spacing 1% according to your own needs, and color at will.
