■ Description of luggage carried by the train:
The weight and volume of free articles per person are:
Children (including free children) 10kg, diplomats 35kg and other passengers 20kg. The sum of the overall dimensions of each article shall not exceed 160cm. Rod-shaped articles shall not exceed 200cm and the weight shall not exceed 20kg.
Disabled folding wheelchairs can be carried free of charge, which is not within the above scope.
Railway consignment is divided into baggage consignment and parcel consignment. Ordinary daily necessities and sundries can be checked for luggage, but computers and other easily damaged items need to be checked for parcels. The maximum weight of each piece of luggage is 50kg, and the minimum weight shall not be less than 0.0 1 m3.
According to the regulations, the shipper will be informed when the parcel arrives, but if the baggage is checked, the shipper will not be informed when the baggage arrives. Passengers who have checked their luggage should take the initiative to ask about the private rooms in the station as soon as possible after getting off the bus.
■ Baggage prohibited items:
1. Articles whose transportation is prohibited or restricted by the state;
2. Dangerous goods, ammunition and chemicals whose nature the carrier cannot determine according to laws, regulations and rules;
3. Animals and articles that hinder public health (including smelly ones);
4. Articles that may damage or pollute the vehicle;
5. The specification or weight exceeds the items in the luggage description.
■ In order to facilitate the travel life of passengers, the following items are restricted:
1.5 gas lighters and 20 small boxes of safety matches.
2. Nail polish, gloss remover and hair dye shall not exceed 20ml. Do not exceed 100ml of alcohol and cold perm essence. No more than 600ml of mousse, hair gel, sanitary insecticide and air freshener.
3. Guns and bullets worn by soldiers, armed police, public security personnel, militiamen and hunters on the basis of gun certificates prescribed by laws and regulations.

■ Passengers carrying articles in violation of regulations shall be dealt with according to the following provisions:
1. It is forbidden to get on the bus at the departure station;
2. In the car or when getting off the bus, for the items exceeding the free weight, the overweight part will be supplemented by the freight of four types of parcels. For the whole overweight and oversized articles that cannot be disassembled, the freight of four kinds of packages from the upper station to the lower station is charged according to the total weight of the articles.
3. If dangerous goods or articles whose transportation is prohibited or restricted by the state are found, the freight for the four types of packages from the bus station to the next station shall be calculated by doubling the total weight of the articles. Dangerous goods shall be handled by the front parking station and, if necessary, by the public security department. Dangerous goods that need to be destroyed on the spot shall be destroyed on the spot so that they cannot be harmed and will not bear any liability for compensation.
When confiscating dangerous goods, a written certificate shall be issued to the confiscated person.
4. If the value of overweight and oversized articles is lower than the freight, the freight can be charged at 50% of the value of the articles.

■ Luggage range
Luggage refers to passengers' bedding, clothes, books for personal reading, disabled carriages and other travel necessities.
Money, securities, precious cultural relics, gold and silver jewelry, archives and other valuables, as well as articles and dangerous goods prohibited or restricted by the state, shall not be carried in the luggage.
The maximum weight of each piece of luggage is 50 kilograms. The volume should be limited to fit into the luggage cart, but the minimum should not be less than 0.0 1 m3. Baggage should be transported by train or in advance.
■ Scope of packaging
A parcel refers to a small piece of goods suitable for transportation in the baggage car of a passenger train. Packaging is divided into four categories:
A class of parcels: newspapers within 5 days from the date of publication; Central and provincial governments may not sell them for publicity; News pictures and textbooks for primary and secondary school students.
Class II packages: emergency relief materials, books and periodicals, fresh or frozen fish, meat, eggs, milk, fruits and vegetables.
Category III packages: Articles that do not belong to Category I, II and IV packages.
Four types of packaging:
1. Radioisotopes, oil sample boxes and motorcycles in Class I transport packages;
2. Computers, video recorders, DVD players and stereos;
3. clothing;
4. Foamed plastics and their products;
5. Items exceeding the specified weight of the package;
6. Other projects requiring special transportation conditions as designated by the competent department of the State Council Railway.
