2. The restaurant is managed by the school, not contracted by anyone, and the four principles of "purchase, bookkeeping, menu and management" are implemented, and supervision is always accepted. All the meals paid by students are used for three meals, and a food management Committee composed of school leaders, chefs, parents and student representatives is organized to manage the restaurant. The school has a special laundry room, and two full-time laundry teachers wash clothes for students.
