The background picture in PPT will look like this if it is set in the master of the slide.

Open the PPT document on your computer, click View in the toolbar, and then click Master View in the view.

After opening the master view, find the background picture used in the master and delete or replace it.

Then close the master view. Finally, don't forget to save the file.
