What are the requirements for indoor temperature and humidity after heat preservation?
After heat preservation, plastic film mulching should be carried out to keep soil moisture, raise soil temperature and promote root growth. Generally, a colorless transparent film with a thickness of 0.0 1.5mm is used as mulch film, and black mulch film can also inhibit the growth of weeds. If you use a small arch shed or a large plastic shed, you can cover the shed with plastic film, straw or weeds in winter to protect strawberries from wintering. Strawberry growth has different requirements for temperature and humidity at different development stages.

(1) initial heat preservation

In the initial stage of heat preservation, the ground temperature should be raised as soon as possible to accelerate the growth of roots. During the day, the indoor temperature is kept at about 30℃, but the maximum temperature cannot exceed 35℃. Keep it around 10℃ at night, and the minimum is not lower than 8℃. The air humidity is kept at 85% ~ 90%.

(2) Flowering period

Flowering period is sensitive to temperature and humidity requirements. Neither temperature nor humidity can be too high or too low. Generally, it is controlled at 20 ~ 25℃ during the day and 8℃ at night, not less than 5℃. When the temperature exceeds 28℃ during the day, it will affect normal pollination and fertilization. When the temperature is lower than 15℃, the flowering will be slow, and the flowering period is not conducive to pollination and fertilization.

The requirement of humidity in flowering period is also very strict, generally it should be controlled at about 50%, not higher than 60% and not lower than 30%, otherwise it will also affect pollination and fertilization, and abnormal fruit will appear.

(3) fruit expansion period

The requirement of temperature during fruit expansion is also low. Generally, it is 20 ~ 25℃ during the day and 5 ~ 8℃ at night. Excessive temperature during the day can promote fruit development and shorten the development cycle, but it is not conducive to fruit expansion, making fruit smaller and quality worse. The humidity can be controlled between 60% and 70%.

(4) Fruit maturity

The temperature is 22 ~ 25℃ during the day and 8 ~ 10℃ at night. The temperature should not be too high, otherwise the fruit will ripen prematurely, which will affect the fruit expansion and yield.
