Luoyang headrest-Guanlin, Luoyang, Henan Province
Mr Guan's reputation in China can be said to be bullish. He followed Emperor Liu Bei of Han Zhaolie and fought in the battlefield from the beginning of the Yellow Scarf Uprising. Before his death, he killed Yan Liang, beheaded Wen Chou, captured Xuzhou, and hit Chibi. Once upon a time, in Huarong Road, America, he flooded seven armies to make China a great success, which made a generation of lean Cao Cao want to move the capital several times to avoid Guan Yu's sharpness.
It is said that the fall of Jingzhou was careless, but it was not Guan Yu's fault at all. In Jingzhou War, Guan Yu almost single-handedly fought against Cao Wei and Wu Dong, the generals who were reset, and his troops were still at a disadvantage.
At that time, the forces of the three parties were similar, but only Guan Yu, Ma Liang and Guan Ping were comparable to the First World War of Shu Han, while others were just average, except Cao Wei and Wu Dong.
For example, Yu Jin, Pound, Coss, Huang Xu, Monroe, Lu Xun, Ling Tong and other generals who started from Cao Wei, and so on. It also started from Soochow.
Of course, it has little to do with today, so I won't write much. Legend has it that after Lu Meng crossed the river in white to kill Guan Yu, Sun Quan was afraid of Liu Bei's revenge and sent Guan Yu's head to Luoyang in a wooden box in an attempt to frame Cao Cao. Cao Cao saw through his plan, carved Daphne as the body, and was buried in Guanlin Town, 7 kilometers south of Luoyang, Henan Province, with the gift of princes.
In the temple, the statue of Guan glared at the direction of Soochow. On Guan's left stood a big stick, and on the right stood General Zhou Cang and his broadsword. In addition to Guan Yu's main hall, there are Zhang Houdian and Wu Hu Dian on both sides.
Lying in Dangyang-Guanling, Dangyang, Hubei Province
Guanling, formerly known as "King's Tomb", is located 3 kilometers northwest of dangyang city, Hubei Province, facing Qushui from east to west and overlooking Jingshan Mountain. It is one of the three major temples.
The History of the Three Kingdoms, one of the twenty-four histories in China, records that in the twenty-four years of Jian 'an, Guan Yu lost Jingzhou and defeated Maicheng. Sun Quan captured Guan Yu alive in Linzhou (now back to Ma Po, Yuan 'an County), beheaded Guan Yu, sent his feathers to Zuogong, and buried his body in the northwest of Dangyang with an official ceremony.
After Mr. Zhong accidentally lost Jingzhou, he was captured by Ma Zhong, a famous Soochow player. Sun Quan beheaded Guan Yu at the suggestion of Lv Meng and others. Because I was afraid that Liu Bei would send troops, I gave Guan Yu's head to Cao Cao, meaning that I was helping Cao Cao, and whoever was in debt would ask Cao Cao first. Since then, the local people have said that Guan Yu "has a pillow in Luoyang and the sun is all over."
It is said that this guy Sun Quan has gone too far and doesn't even give his opponent the most basic respect. At first, Guanling was just a mound, or it was secretly maintained and sacrificed by ordinary people. Later, in the Tang Dynasty, the emperor sealed Guan Yu. From the Tang Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty, until the emperor, Guanling expanded its scale and gradually became an ancient architectural complex with a certain scale.
In the Qing Dynasty, Guan Yu's reputation reached a climax. Emperor Tongzhi personally inscribed the four characters "Magnificent China" and hung them in front of the temple. Of course, by the way, the reason why the Qing Dynasty liked Guan Yu so much and repeatedly sealed Hou was actually to set up a spiritual idol that was beneficial to them.
Originally, the former warrior was Yue Fei, but Yue Fei was an anti-gold hero, while the Qing Dynasty was anti-gold, and Yue Fei was against them. Therefore, the royal family of the Qing Dynasty took Yue Wumu and replaced him with Guan Yu, and Master Guan had no enmity with them.
There is also a legend about Master Guan. After Guan Yu's death, his head separated and he was killed by Dongwu nightmare. Guan Yu wandered around dangyang yuquan temple every night, shouting, "Give me my head back!"
It makes people nearby tremble and it is difficult to sleep every night. At this time, yuquan temple's old host said to Guan Yu, "Your husband has killed countless people in his life, and there are hundreds of them just going through five customs and beheading six generals. Who can return the head? "
After Guan Yu woke up, he took Zhou Cang and Guan Ping back to his hometown in Shanxi, and he often appeared in Guanling in Dangyang. And magically, there were no treetops in the Woods behind Guan Di's mausoleum, so he had to obey the power of Guan Yu.
Soul Returning to Shanxi —— Jiezhou Guandi Temple in Yuncheng, Shanxi Province
The Guandi Temple in Shanxi has a total area of 220,000 square meters. It is the largest Guandi Temple in the world, a palace-style Taoist complex and a martial temple in China. There are more than 200 houses, known as "the ancestor of Guan Temple" and "the crown of Wu Temple".
There are plaques in the hall, such as "Bing Yi Gankun" inscribed by Kangxi, "Shen Yong" inscribed by Qianlong, "Shiwanji" inscribed by Xianfeng and "Ling Wei Zhenfei" inscribed by Empress Dowager Cixi. Of course, we have also said above why the royal family of the Qing court praised Guan Yu so much.
There is also a very interesting legend here. During the Song Dynasty, salt fields all over the world went wrong, and I don't know why. In desperation, the emperor invited Zhang Tianshi from Longhushan to consult him.
Zhang Tianshi thought it was the rebellion of the ancient demon Chiyou, so he said to the emperor, "During the Three Kingdoms period, there was a general Guan Yu who was brave and good at fighting. If the emperor can invite him, he will definitely get rid of Chiyou. "
So the emperor ordered Zhang Tianshi to burn this symbol in the palace. After the symbol was burned, a beautiful bearded man immediately put on his armor, flashed his sword and replied, "I'll wait for Qi Yue to desecrate the Yin soldiers and help your majesty destroy the demon!"
It is rumored that Guan Yu and Chiyou fought fiercely for three days and nights, defeated Chiyou, and the salt pond was restored to its original state, providing salt normally. In order to feel the affection of Guan Yu, the emperor allocated Royal Silver to overhaul Guandi Temple on the basis of Sui and Tang Dynasties, making Guandi Temple resplendent and magnificent.
Master Guan traveled all his life in the north, and his stories spread all over Kyushu, China and even abroad. There is a good interpretation-at that time, he bravely poured out the ancestral halls of the Three Kingdoms and the whole Kyushu!
Guan Yu's belief is also very popular in modern times. Military strategists should worship him, the stage should worship him, mixed society should worship him, business people should worship him, and even some places should worship Guan Yu when they get married.
