According to the Technical Guidelines for Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment in Henan Province (Trial) issued by the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Henan Province, the rural domestic sewage treatment facilities are planned reasonably.

Planning content: mainly including the construction and renovation of rural domestic sewage treatment facilities and the operation, maintenance and management of rural domestic sewage treatment facilities.

Planning period: the planning period is 20 19-2035. Among them, the short-term planning period is 20 19-2022, the medium-term planning period is 2023-2025 and the long-term planning period is 2026-2035.
