Some friends who are engaged in video-related work, such as reporters shooting videos to collect materials, wedding companies shooting event videos or staff engaged in video editing, will be exposed to a large number of mov videos. However, in the process of using mov video files, there will be some mistakes, and these important video materials will be deleted by mistake, which is very annoying.
In fact, when we encounter these problems, don't worry. The following small series will introduce several ways to retrieve the mistakenly deleted MOV file!
Method 1: Recover mov video file from recycle bin.
After deleting the mov file by mistake, we first check the recycle bin of the computer to see if the MOV file is in the recycle bin. If the MOV file is in the recycle bin, it will be simple.
1. Open the recycle bin and find the MOV file you lost (if there are many files, you can right-click and choose to sort by deletion time);
2. Select the MOV file to be restored, right-click, and then click "Restore". The mistakenly deleted MOV file will be restored to the original computer disk.
Note: Not all files will go to the recycle bin after being deleted. If you use Shift+Delete or the file is too large, it will be permanently deleted without going through the recycle bin.
Even if the mov video files cannot be retrieved in the method 1 and the files are permanently deleted, there are still safe and effective ways to retrieve these lost files. Please see method 2!
Method 2: Recover mov video files with easy data recovery software.
Easy data recovery software can be used for data loss caused by deletion, misoperation, system problems and hard disk problems, and supports the retrieval of lost documents, emails, pictures and videos. From hard disk, USB flash drive, SD card, memory card and other storage devices.
Note: In this case of data loss, don't save the new data to the partition or disk before data recovery, because if you don't write the information to the partition or disk before the newly deleted file is recovered, it may overwrite the mistakenly deleted data, resulting in permanent irrecoverability.
Step 1. Start the video file recovery software.
Start the Simple Data Recovery Wizard and select the original location or device of the video.
Click "Scan".
Step two. Find the deleted video.
After scanning, click Video in the By Document Type filter on the left.
Double-click the found movie. A window will pop up to start previewing the video content.
Step three. Select and restore
Select the video file to restore.
Click Restore to save the found video to a PC or other secure storage device.
