Quanxing Daqu 65438+500ml aged in 2005 is a series of liquor products operated by Tianzifang Trading Co., Ltd., Xinxiang City, Henan Province. Quanxing Daqu is produced in the land of abundance-Quanxing Distillery in Chengdu, Sichuan. Historically, the factory was named "Quanxing Laohao", and the liquor brewed was of the type of Qujiu, so Quanxing Daqu was named "Quanxing Daqu".

Quanxing Daqu liquor is colorless and transparent, crystal clear, full of cellar fragrance, mellow and harmonious, sweet and refreshing. It is Luzhou-flavor Daqu liquor. There are three alcohol degrees: 38 degrees, 52 degrees and 60 degrees.

Quanxing Daqu liquor also has its own set of traditional operation methods in brewing technology. Ferment in the old cellar for up to 60 days. After fermentation, the requirements of ripening sugar alcohol and full esterification must be met.
When steaming wine, it is necessary to pinch the head and tail, that is, dilute the poor quality tail wine and put it into the wine cellar for fermentation. The chaff used as filler should be steamed, not only to remove the fishy smell of chaff, but also to steam the wine until it has the smell of chaff. Mid-stream wine should be tasted and graded in quality. After passing the identification, it will be stored in pits and jars for more than one year, and then blended, bottled and packaged.
