Hanjiazhou, Liubei Town, Yunxian County, has been the burial place of Han Xin's mother since ancient times and is also an ancient battlefield. According to folklore, the ancient famous Xiang Yu threw himself into the river at the intersection of Hanjiazhou, Wujiahe and Tuhekou, and the local people spontaneously organized dragon boat races, that is, five dragon boat races were held in Heilongtan, Bailongtan, Qinglongtan and Huanglongtan in various natural villages, and the dragon boat races were held every year.

The dragon boat race is very lively. The wide river, the vast river, dragon boat races, crackling firecrackers, ancient gongs and drums, and the heroic and rough shouts of struggling to paddle echoed with each other. HongLing yellow silk is wrapped around the ancient wooden dragon head and tail, and colorful flags are flying on the dragon boat. The villagers on both sides of the strait watched the dragon boat race for more than one kilometer, showing the intense excitement of the Dragon Boat Festival in Qinba Hanjiang River area.
