2. Specific work objectives:

(1) Expand the university scale. (3) Strengthen the construction of teaching staff. The number of teachers is enough to maintain the teacher-student ratio of 1: 10, the structure of teachers' majors, academic qualifications and professional titles is reasonable, and there is a high-quality part-time teacher team.

(4) Building a safe and harmonious school. Adhere to the rule of law, safety first, strengthen the legal education of teachers and students, and ensure that the school does not have major safety accidents and criminal cases.
