I didn't read the terms of service of Shentong Taobao and didn't get the full amount. The manager of Shentong said that if you are a buyer, you only need to apply for the goods and have not received a refund. If you are a seller, look at the rules of Shentong first.

II. Claims and Related Matters

1. In order to ensure the quality of service, we made a service commitment to some service contents. Once the service is not up to standard, we will use the special account on Alipay to pay for it. If you need to make a claim, please contact "Shentong Online Customer Service".

2. In violation of Article 3 of the service commitment, upon verification, Shentong Company promises to compensate RMB/10 yuan/ticket.

3. In case of violation of Article 10 of the service commitment, upon verification, Shentong Company promises to compensate RMB/10 yuan/ticket.

4. If there are arbitrary charges, after verification, Shentong Company will refund the overcharged fees and promise to compensate RMB 10 yuan for each ticket.

At present, we don't accept insured transportation. If necessary, guests are advised to contact local Shentong outlets and take the special passage for Shentong valuables (the charge may be higher than the general price).

6. If the goods delivered without insured price are lost or damaged, compensation shall be made according to the actual loss value, but the maximum amount shall not exceed 65,438 yuan+0,000 yuan/ticket, and the freight shall be refunded.

7. For the damage caused by non-packaging problems or except the refund of freight, compensation shall be made according to the actual transaction price of the buyer and the seller, but the maximum amount shall not exceed 300 yuan/piece.

8. Since the date of delivery, if it fails to arrive within 3 days in the same city or within 7 days in a different place, it shall be compensated RMB/10 yuan/ticket.

9. We advise customers to do their own protective work. If possible, we can record the telephone call or conversation of the salesman when he comes to the door, so that Shentong Company can control the service quality and clarify the responsibility after possible complaints. If a dispute is initiated by a salesman of Shentong Company, the head office will make an apology and pay compensation according to the severity of the dispute1ranging from 0 yuan to 200 yuan.
