What types of tents are there?
Tents have many styles, which can be divided into three categories according to their shapes:
1, type a tent
Type A tent, also known as movable tent, has the largest span and the widest use, and can be used from outdoor commercial promotion to large-scale exhibitions.
2. Tent with spire
The bottom is square and the roof is as elegant as a spire.
3. Spherical tent
Dome is called "the strongest, lightest and most effective design". With a rigid and sturdy structure, you can temporarily hang lights and audio equipment to decorate and fill your activity space.
4. There is also a kind of tent that combines the characteristics of A-type tent and spire tent.
How to set up a tent?
1, positioning column bottom plate
First, ensure that the ground on the installation site is flat, then locate the bottom plate, determine the positions of the four bottom plates, and then measure whether the diagonal distance is equal. If it is not equal, it must be repositioned, and it must be a rectangle instead of a parallelogram. After positioning, fix the column bottom plate at the corresponding four positions, and position and fix other bottom plates along the length direction in the same way.
2, put away the parts
Arrangement of columns, corner joints, inclined beam section A, inclined beam section B (note that two inclined beams are needed when the span exceeds 14m), inclined beam stress parts (used to connect inclined beam section A and inclined beam section B, but there is no such part when the span is below 14m) and top joints, so that all components form gables. Other gable parts are arranged according to the same principle, pay attention.
3. Connect the A/B section of the inclined beam
Insert the diagonal beam section A into the diagonal beam receiver of the diagonal beam section B, and screw in two screws (note: the screws are not installed in that small hole first).
4. Install the top node
Connect the AB section of the connecting inclined beam with the top node, screw in the screw and tighten it. If it is the first gear, it is necessary to install the steel flower rope, and install the buckle seat at one end of the steel flower rope without flower rope on the second hole of section B of the inclined beam. Install all the top nodes and oblique beam AB section in this way.
5. Install corner nodes
Insert the inclined end of the corner node into the A section of the inclined beam, connect the upper end of the column with the straight end of the corner node, and insert the screw and screw on the nut at the same time. If steel wire rope and crossbar are installed, the holes above the inclined end of the corner node are installed with screws, and the holes below the straight end of the corner node are installed with screws. Install other corner nodes in the same way.
6. Connect the column with the bottom plate.
Align the hole position of the lower plug-in on the column with the screw connected with the hole position on the bottom plate, and tighten the nut. Connect the bottom plates of other columns with the columns in the same way. Note that the whole installation process must be handled with care, and the assembled gable must be padded with wood squares. When moving aluminum, the whole frame must be hoisted to avoid scratching the surface of aluminum due to friction between aluminum and sand on the ground.
7. Vertical gables
All personnel are divided into four teams, two people pull the wire rope, two people stand at the corner node, and the others stand at the vertex to lift the gables. After lifting to a certain height, the middlemen ran to both sides to help lift the gables. The person who pulls the wire rope should also pull up the gables smoothly.
When the whole gable reaches 70 degrees, it must stop and then stand slowly perpendicular to the ground. At this time, the person pulling the wire rope stood slightly harder to stabilize the top. At the same time, several people should hold the column. Two people install the flat iron end of the cross bar on the screw below the upper end of the column and tighten the nut. Connect the other end of the crossbar to the lower hole of the adjacent second gable bottom plate, insert the screw and tighten the nut. Install the second gable in the same way, and install the other two cross bars.
8. Install beams and purlins
The cross section of the beam is house-shaped, and the cross section of the purlin is square. The hook end of the beam or purlin is upward, then inclined at a certain angle, and hung into the U-shaped ear on the corner node or the π-shaped iron on the inclined beam. Lift the straight hook end of the beam/purlin slowly with a ladder, and then hang it into the lug of the gable beam or corner node opposite to the hook. Generally, there are three beams between two gables, one at each end and one at the top in the middle. Purlins are increased or decreased according to the span.
9. Install the intermediate bracket
Connect the middle brace to the small hole in the A section of the diagonal beam, insert the screw and tighten the nut. After installing the middle brace, hang the side cross member on the lug of the corner joint and the middle brace. Note that when hanging the side cross member, it must be installed from the assembly end of the side cross member. First, hang the assembly end of the side cross member into the lug in the corner node, then slowly lift the straight hook end and install it into the lug above the middle strut. Remember not to install the straight hook first, otherwise the installation will not succeed. Just like installing beams and purlins, they must be installed from the hook end and then hung from the straight hook end.
10, install the cloth top.
Thread the places where there are drawstrings at both ends of the cloth into the hemp rope, and the drawstrings face the tent. Then insert the rubber strip on both sides of the top of the cloth into the groove of the diagonal beam, the other end of the hemp rope passes through the whole frame of the tent, and then four people pull the hemp rope at the same time, so that the top of the cloth is slowly pulled to the opposite side along the groove of the diagonal beam. Remember to pull hard at the same time, otherwise the top of the cloth will get stuck and can't be pulled. To solve this problem, just pull the top of the cloth backward for a certain position and then pull it hard at the same time, and the top of the cloth must move forward at the same time. The same square method is also good for other fabrics.
1 1. Install the side triangle.
Just like installing a cloth top, you need to pull it with hemp rope, but when installing an edge triangle, someone must stand next to the top node (use a high ladder) to pull the rope. The only difference is that the drawstring of the side triangle is outside. First, put the edge triangle into the groove of the inclined beam, then the person standing in the middle pulls the hemp rope upwards, and at the same time, the person standing at the corner node needs to help lift the edge triangle and let the rubber strip go up along the groove. When installing the side triangle, be sure to pay attention to the left and right points, and don't install it backwards. After pulling the two side triangles, slowly thread the middle seam pipe from the place where the lower end rubber strip between the two side triangles is cut off (the side of the middle seam pipe with flat iron faces inward). When passing through the top section, hang the flat iron into the lifting lug of the top section.
12. Install curtains.
Open the curtains with the front (the side with the rope or cover) facing outwards. First, put the rubber strip into the milling groove on the column. Then slowly pull it up to the top, and insert the hanging code into the gap of the beam milling groove, paying attention to inserting it one by one. After inserting, insert the lower end of the curtain rubber strip from the milling groove of the column, then pull the curtain to the middle, put the side with the rope behind the side with the awning ring, and connect the ropes in series from top to bottom.
13. Install the top pressure rod.
Insert the press rod of the cloth top into the press rod sleeve of the cloth top (that is, there are double-layer sleeves at both ends of the cloth top, then put the end pressing iron into the press rod, and insert the rectangular screw into the seamless pipe of the corner node. The last step is to put the curtain strut into the strut sleeve at the bottom of the curtain to prevent the curtain from being blown by the wind. At this point, the whole installation process has been successfully completed.
Matters needing attention in outdoor exhibition tent construction
1, site selection
We all know that the current tent products do not have too high requirements on the site conditions. Generally, flat land can be easily built, and so can outdoor exhibition tents. However, in order to hold activities in a safe and orderly manner, we still need to investigate the surrounding environment before setting up outdoor tents, and prepare solutions in advance according to local actual conditions to ensure the normal setting up of outdoor exhibition tents!
2. Determine the size and measure the site.
After we confirm the conditions for building the station, we need professionals to bring professional tools to the site for measurement. If it is found that the site conditions are unfavorable, it needs to be adjusted in time to finally determine the specifications and fixing methods of the tent.
3, verify the use time
