The provisions of the first paragraph of Article 277 of the Criminal Law shall apply to those who, by violence or threat, obstruct the staff of state organs (including those who are engaged in official duties in organizations exercising administrative powers related to epidemic prevention and control in accordance with laws and regulations, those who are entrusted by state organs to engage in official duties on behalf of state organs, and those who are not included in the establishment of state organs but are engaged in official duties of epidemic prevention and control in state organs) to carry out epidemic prevention, quarantine, compulsory isolation and isolation treatment according to law.
