1. Two-wheeled electric bicycles with vehicle battery as auxiliary energy source, pedal riding function, electric assist function or electric drive function, which meet the new and old national standards, must be registered and listed at the electric bicycle listing service point of the public security organ.
2. As of August 3, 2020, KLOC-0/day, the old national standard electric bicycle registration and temporary number plate filing for electric two-wheeled vehicles will no longer be handled. Temporary number plates shall be managed in a transitional period, valid until 65438+February 3, 20221.
3. From September 1 day, 2020, electric bicycles without official or temporary license plates are not allowed to drive on the road. If the vehicle is not registered and listed on the road according to law, the vehicle shall be detained and punished according to law. Four, electric motorcycles, electric tricycles should hold a unified sales invoice for motor vehicles, vehicle factory certificate and other related documents to the traffic police vehicle management office for motor vehicle registration. The police reminded that registering and listing electric bicycles according to law is an effective means to protect citizens' personal and property safety. Please register and list the electric bicycle users quickly. Those who fail to register and list within the time limit are not allowed to drive on the road, and offenders will be investigated for legal responsibility.
