Is there a difference between "sanding", "jacquard" and "twill" in the four-piece suit?
Three processes

Sanding means that when the cloth is placed on the sand grinding roller at high speed, the sand grinding roller is in close contact with the fabric through the randomly arranged abrasive grains covered on it, so that the fibers in the yarn are first pulled out by the sharp blades and included angles of the abrasive grains and cut into monofilaments of about 1 mm. With the continuous sanding, the monofilament is ground into fluff, and the original curled yarn is also ground into a flat shape, so that the product achieves the effect of peach skin velvet, and the sanding feels very comfortable and has good warmth retention.

Jacquard refers to the pattern on the fabric, which is woven with yarns of different colors, understand? It's not printed, it's not machine embroidered, it looks more complicated and the pattern is better.

Twill is the manufacturing method of fabric. The fabric is not interwoven by warp and weft, but the angle of warp and weft is oblique, so that the surface of the fabric is fuller, which is easy to open and set in the printing and dyeing process, that is, we often say that it will not shrink ... Twill cotton is denser than plain cloth, consumes more yarn, has good wear resistance, is mainly stronger than plain cloth, and the shrinkage rate is easy to control.

Therefore, these three higher processes highlight the cost performance of the products.
