Because it is declared incompatible first, it can be returned without loss. I failed to choose a card this time, but my urgent desire to make VCD made me unwilling to give up. Then I go to the computer market as soon as I have time, hoping to find a cheap and good video capture card. By chance, I learned from a friend that DAZZLE has a video capture card with compression function, and the effect is good, as long as 2300 yuan. After finding the store, I asked about the price, which was much cheaper. This acquisition card is only for sale at 1950 now, and I will pay immediately. The full name of this card is DAZZLE DVC parallel port making card, which has a good effect, with AV and audio input and output, and an S-VHS input. The installation of this card is very simple, just insert the card into the parallel port (printing port) of the motherboard and fix it. Then install the attached DAZLE DVC parallel port driver operating software according to the instructions, connect the card with an external video output device, open the program of DAZLE DVC parallel port, and you will see the input audio-visual programs in the interface window of DAZLE DVC parallel port. Click the camera icon on the interface to automatically convert the audio and video signals you see into MPEG format files and temporarily store them on the hard disk. You can choose the appropriate path and folder to store the captured audio and video MPEG files on the hard disk, which is very convenient to operate. Generally, the story quality of the visible program source is divided into several sections for collection, and then the super-master will watch the effect to decide whether to officially burn VCD next.
At present, the relatively easy-to-use software for burning VCD is VIDEO PACK4.0 and WINONCD3.6. The author uses VIDEO PACK 4.0. Just find out the files to burn (MPEG format) in the open tool interface, then drag them to the bottom empty column in sequence, and then click the red burn button. After recording, put it into VCD player and watch it on 29-inch Philips TV. CEQUADRAT's ending at the beginning of the film is killing you. At least it is no different from professional production. The next image is clear and smooth, and there are almost no mosaics (there are occasional weak mosaics at the joints of individual clips, but it can be determined that it is the source of the program). Fortunately, the LP recorded part of my original master tape that was not copied well by video recorder is now made into VCD, which is basically the same as the master tape except for a slight decrease in definition. In order to achieve a better VCD production effect, we can also use the special MPEG editing software MPEGTOOL BOX2.0 to edit, synthesize, add subtitles and transition and special effects between clips. But this work needs a lot of time and energy, and the best way is to cut the program as accurately as possible with a camera.

1.CPU and hard disk as soon as possible.
2. The memory is more than 64M, preferably 128M.
3. Before collection, the hard disk should be fragmented and scanned to make the available space coherent. It is best to use a separate hard disk partition.
For video cards with video input, DIYer can convert the collected audio and video files into MPEG format through XING MPEG encoder or tools attached to Super Jieba 2000, and then make VCD according to the above steps. If you want to make avi, mepeg, wmv, rm and other audio-visual files into ordinary vcd discs, you need to convert these audio-visual files into dat files, and then use this dat file to replace the files in the Mpegav folder in vcd discs. Step 3: Before burning, you can test it with virtual cd. All the files and folders of D: \ VCD are compressed into a virtual CD-ROM file by the virtual CD-ROM drive, and then this file is loaded into the virtual CD-ROM drive, and the designated disk is played by the super-floppy drive to see how the effect is. Then burn all the files and folders in the D: \ VCD folder to a CD. At this point, a vcd disc is ready.
