1, CPU module

The CPU module includes CPU chip, CPU socket and fan. It receives and stores user programs and data according to system programs, collects the status or data sent by field input devices through scanning, and stores them in designated registers.

At the same time, diagnose the working state of the power supply and the internal circuit of PLC and the grammatical errors in the programming process. After running, the instructions are read from the user program memory one by one, and after analysis, corresponding control signals are generated according to the tasks specified in the instructions to command the control circuit.

2. Memory modulus

The memory module includes a memory slot and a memory stick. It is a bridge to communicate with CPU, and all the software in the computer runs in memory. Memory is mainly used to temporarily store data, such as data called in a computer, which needs to be read from the hard disk and sent to the memory, and then sent to the CPU for work tasks.

3. Chip set

A chipset is called a control chipset and consists of one or more VLSI chips. The chipset of the motherboard almost determines all the functions of the motherboard, among which the CPU type, system bus frequency, memory type, capacity and performance, and graphics card slot specifications of the motherboard are all determined by the Northbridge chip in the chipset;

The type and number of expansion slots and interfaces (such as USB 2.0/ 1. 1, IEEE 1394, serial port, parallel port and VGA output interface of notebook) are determined by the south bridge of the chipset.

4. Bus expansion slot

Various functional cards can be inserted, such as video card, sound card, network card and video adapter card. According to different standards, it can be used to plug in various boards, such as graphics cards, sound cards, modem cards, network cards and so on.

PCI slot and AGP slot are the main expansion slots used. Before this, ISA bus slot was widely used, but it has been eliminated. PCI slot is used to insert the board of PCI bus, which is usually a white slot. Depending on the motherboard, there are generally 3 ~ 5 PCI slots.

1, CPU slot:

As the name implies, the pins on this slot are easily damaged where the CPU is placed. When placing, be sure to put it down gently, and don't rub it with the pin, otherwise the pin will break or bend. AMD's slot is a small round hole with no pins, and the pins are above the CPU, so it is not so easy to get hurt.

2. Memory slot:

The memory stick always has four positions, and the expansion position is full. These four places are not necessarily full. You can run if you insert one. If you feel that there is not enough memory later, you can add another one.

3. Mainboard power slot:

A group of sockets with the widest power supply are inserted here to supply power to the power supply. The voltage of each small hole is different (except for black wire and ground wire), and the maximum voltage does not exceed 12V.

4.CPU power slot:

It is specially designed for the power supply of CPU alone. The power supply chip next to it dissipates heat quickly to prevent the chip from heating due to high voltage. Many low-end motherboards are not as fast as heat dissipation. That's because the high-end series motherboards can be overclocked. When overclocked, the voltage will rise and the temperature of the power chip will be high, so the fast heat dissipation is added.

5.PCI-E slot:

This is mainly used to place discrete graphics cards. In the figure, * * * has two PCIE slots. If only one slot is inserted, its channel number is 1, and when two slots are inserted, its channel number is 8. It is recommended to wipe it in the first slot, that is, the middle one. PCIE 1 is also an expansion slot. For example, our independent sound card can be plugged in.
