Qujing cigarette factory has internationally leading production lines of threshing, redrying, shredding and packaging. The main equipment includes two 12000 kg/h imported threshing and redrying production lines, a 1 140 kg/h dry ice expansion line, a 9000 kg/h and 5000 kg/h Howell processing line, and the world's most advanced Protos ii cigarette maker and gdx3000 packaging machine. Huize Branch imported a 5000 kg/h silk thread and eight sets of wrapping equipment from Britain and Germany. In recent years, in order to continuously maintain the advanced productivity level and achieve the goal of technical upgrading, Qujing Cigarette Factory has improved the silk-making technology, effectively improving the technical level of silk-making production. At present, the "Tenth Five-Year Plan" technological transformation aimed at continuously promoting the technological progress of enterprises is under way, the newly-built automated logistics system has been put into operation, and a number of key projects such as technology center and electric power center are also under planning and construction.
