Jiaozuo State-owned Assets Group is a municipal first-class comprehensive state-owned capital investment and operation company established by Jiaozuo Municipal Government. It authorizes the Municipal Finance Bureau as the investor to contribute capital on behalf of the city level, perform the responsibilities of the investor, and carry out capital integration and reorganization of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises at the city level. Therefore, Jiaozuo State-owned Group is managed by Jiaozuo Municipal Government.
