What is the law against marriage?
The laws against marriage disputes are the People's Republic of China (PRC) Public Security Administration Punishment Law and the People's Republic of China (PRC) Criminal Law.

It is a typical bad habit to conduct obscene acts against the bride and groom, the groomsman, the bridesmaid, the groom's parents, etc. in wedding activities, which violates public order, good customs and civilized fashion, and breaks through the bottom line of the law. According to the relevant laws and regulations, it is forbidden to engage in the following vulgar and vulgar marriage behaviors in wedding activities. Offenders will be punished by public security organs according to the circumstances, and those who constitute a crime will be investigated for criminal responsibility. Those who make a scene at the wedding, take the opportunity to make trouble and disturb social order may be subject to administrative punishment in the Law on Public Security Administration Punishment, and if the circumstances are serious, they may constitute a crime. In addition, if the whole game in "Making Marriage" inadvertently causes injury or death, it should also bear corresponding civil or criminal responsibilities.

Criminal compulsory measures are as follows:

1, summons. The summons must be approved by the person in charge of the public security organ, the procurator-general of the procuratorate or the president of the court, and a summons certificate must be filled in before it can be executed. There shall be no less than 2 executors, and a warrant shall be presented to the detainee. The longest duration of summons shall not exceed 12 hours, and the criminal suspect shall not be detained in disguised form by continuous summons;

2. Get bail pending trial. Bail pending trial in criminal proceedings refers to a compulsory measure that the judicial organ orders the criminal suspect or defendant who has not been arrested to put forward a guarantor or pay a deposit to ensure that they do not evade or hinder investigation, prosecution and trial.

3. Monitor residence. Residential surveillance is a compulsory measure for judicial organs to order criminal suspects and defendants who have not been arrested not to leave their residences without approval, or not to leave designated residences without approval, and to monitor and control their behavior according to law;

4. detention. Custody in criminal proceedings is a compulsory measure for people's procuratorates and public security organs to temporarily restrict personal freedom of flagrante delicto or major suspects in the process of investigation under legal emergency.

5. arrest. This is one of the most severe compulsory measures in criminal proceedings. According to the law, it is not enough to take measures such as bail pending trial and residential surveillance for criminal suspects who may be sentenced to more than fixed-term imprisonment because there is evidence to prove the facts of the crime, but if it is really necessary to arrest, they should be arrested immediately according to law.

To sum up, the general public should actively resist and abandon vulgar marriage customs, participate in weddings in a civilized manner, and ensure that their actions do not violate public order and good customs and do not interfere with public order.
