Methods/steps

1. Fold the two diagonal lines of the square paper in half, and the two center lines in the opposite direction in half.

2. Hold the crease of the center line, keep the diagonal crease inward, fold it into a square, and fold the square in half from bottom to top, leaving a crease in the middle.

3. Select any edge, hollow it out from the middle, press it down, keep it symmetrical, turn the origami up and down, align the left and right sides with the center line respectively, and then open it.

4. After opening, pinch out a corner along the crease marked by the black line in the figure. Both sides of the corner are folded inward according to the crease, and the last corner faces the top of the origami, that is, the side with paper seams.

5. Fold the two corners at the top obliquely downward, and the edges of the folded corners are aligned with the edges of the pinch corners. Then open the origami and fold the paper above the creases on both sides according to the creases marked by the black line in the figure.

6. The corresponding other side is also operated in steps 3, 4 and 5, and then the origami is opened from the inside, and the four corners are curled outward to fold a wind chime.
