1. In order to obtain the project, the company obtains the demand information of Party A through in-depth and full communication with the demander, and then assists Party A in drafting the bidding documents according to the demand information of the demander. Note that bidding laws and regulations do not allow bidders to assist Party A in drafting bidding documents and determine whether to open bids, invite bids or negotiate bids. If it is an open tender or an invitation tender, the tender will be issued through the tendering company.

2. Purchase bids through open channels. When purchasing a tender, please pay attention to the information required by the tenderer, usually a copy of the company's business license, relevant qualification certificates, power of attorney and the original ID card of the purchaser.

3. After buying back the tender documents, analyze them carefully. First, the R&D department or technical department conducts research and analysis according to the bidding documents, evaluates the technical difficulty and risk of the project, and determines whether it can take over the project. After the purchasing department or commercial department decides to take over the project, it will calculate the cost, study the scoring rules, pay the bid bond and determine the price protection strategy.

4. Carefully prepare the presentation of PPT. The content of PPT is generally the introduction of the company and project design. If argumentation is needed, it will be carefully prepared, which will leave a good impression on PPT experts and add points to the company through PPT.

5. Attend the bid opening meeting. Note that at present, most of the bid opening meetings of integration projects are one-time quotations. After the quotation is completed, the tendering agency will organize bidding document review and qualification review, and reject unqualified companies. Therefore, the tender must be prepared very carefully and in strict accordance with the requirements of the tender documents. If the tender is not reviewed slightly, it is easy to form a waste bid and be kicked out of the bid opening meeting.

6. Pay attention to the question and answer session. Whether you are demonstrating PPT or answering experts' questions, especially projects involving technology research and development, you must show your professionalism and avoid serious injuries, otherwise experts will doubt your professional ability and affect experts' scoring.

7. If the second quotation or the third quotation is involved, remember that the last quotation is the most important, and the card is often displayed at the end, so the previous quotation has no reference value. Those who participate in the bidding should make a comprehensive judgment according to the recent market trend and the opponent's situation, gross profit margin, financing cost and previous quotation habits. In order to win the bid, sometimes some interests are sacrificed.

8. After the bid is publicized, it is noticed that the tendering agency receives the notice of pre-bid-winning, and other relevant formalities shall be handled after the publicity period.
