Pan He mobilized other sculptors to start research, drawing and trial molding. More than a month later, Wu Jianmin has seen a 60-cm-high draft of The Fisherman's Girl in the Sculpture Room of the Academy of Fine Arts, which looks more like a fairy. It is suggested to reduce the fairy color and show the plain face of fisherman's girl more. Wu Jianmin also thought that Zhuhai is a place where pearls are produced, so he discussed the concept of "fishermen offering pearls" with several sculptors. A week later, the model of "fisherman's daughter" appeared, but at that time, "fisherman's daughter" was holding pearls and wearing them on her chest. Later, Wu Jianmin proposed that the sculpture should face Beijing, meaning to present pearls to Beijing. Pan He and the sculptors then revised it, and the "fisherman's daughter" held up the pearl, and the shape was finally completed. Originally, Pan He also conceived to put the fisherman in Zhuhai on a cornerstone carved into a fish back, but unfortunately it was not realized due to various factors.
198 1 year, the competent department of Zhuhai entrusted the process engineering company of Guangzhou Bureau of Landscape Architecture to undertake the project.
