(Formerly called Tonghua No.13 Middle School, Tonghua Jinqiao Middle School)165438+1October 4th, the campus of No.13 Middle School was filled with colorful flags, flowers and gongs and drums. In a jubilant atmosphere, the unveiling ceremony of "Tonghua No.13 Middle School Branch" renamed as "Tonghua Foreign Language School" was held grandly. Zhang Zhanzhong, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Municipal Education Bureau, read out the Reply of the Editorial Committee of Tonghua City on renaming "No.13 Middle School Branch of Tonghua City" as "Tonghua Foreign Language School". Qiao Jiucheng, Deputy Secretary-General of the Municipal Government, and Shen Yu, Director of the Municipal Education Bureau jointly unveiled Tonghua Foreign Language School.

No.13 Middle School, formerly known as Tonghua Railway No.1 Middle School, was handed over to Tonghua Education Bureau for management on July 1 2004. In 2005, the layout of urban schools was adjusted and the school-running system was reformed. It was formally established on June 27th, 2005. At present, there are 20 classes with 900 students and 104 faculty members, including 30 key teachers at or above the municipal level.
