Legal basis: Article 93 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety can point out the illegal behavior of the perpetrator who violates the provisions of road traffic safety laws and regulations on motor vehicle parking and temporary parking, give him a verbal warning and order him to leave immediately.
