Yes When an athlete applies for therapeutic drug exemption by using prohibited substances or methods in the plug, he/she should submit the application to the therapeutic drug exemption committee at least 2 1 day before the use date. The Committee for Exemption of Therapeutic Drugs will not accept any application for exemption of therapeutic drugs submitted through retrospective treatment, except for emergency treatment or treatment of acute diseases with prohibited substances or methods.
