The folk golden pheasant dance mainly uses four kinds of lusheng with different specifications, such as extra large, large, medium and small, which is called "GiX LaL" in Miao language, meaning free and natural flow. The Lusheng tune of the folk Golden Rooster Dance is rich, with more than 100 pieces of music, which is light, smooth and beautiful to play.

Hands swing slightly to both sides, the golden pheasant silver ornaments on the woman's head are eager to fly, and the dancers walk lightly in the dance, just like golden pheasants playing and foraging. Every step, the dancer's knees naturally vibrate forward at the same time, with more movements in the lower limbs and less movements in the upper limbs.
