First of all, make sure whether you use a cat when connecting with optical fiber at home. No cats, just fiber optics.

If the fiber is 5M, there should be no problem. You turned off all useless startup items. Then go and measure the speed and see how fast it is. If the speed can reach 450, it means there is no problem.
