The planning and design of the second and third phases of the project have been completed, mainly including the railway around the mountain, steam locomotives and mini-stations in Zaozhuang, Zouwu, Lincheng and Shagou, as well as government agencies, schools, hospitals, halls, banks and pawn shops in Shencuo ancient town. The town is wandering around, with old streets and alleys, small bridges and flowing water, and many shops, showing a rich cultural heritage, just like a vivid picture of southern Shandong folk customs. At the same time, the "Flying Tigers Memorial Hall" will be built to see the unique war culture. By then, it will become the largest film and television city in China with the architectural style of the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, and also the national patriotic education base. It will attract domestic and foreign tourists with its unique style, grand scale and perfect service. It can be called a beautiful scenery in the national Baise tour and a bright pearl in the national film and television shooting base.
