It is a comprehensive national key university founded by China people, Ministry of Education and Shaanxi Provincial People's Government. It is a national "double-class" construction university and a national "2 1 1 project" key construction university. Northwest University 18 Building is the Shuobo Building. North University began in 1902, and Shaanxi University Hall and Shi Jing University Hall were established by Emperor Guangxu of Qing Dynasty. 19 12 is called Northwest University. 1923 changed to National Northwest University.
