Lingling is Yongzhou City, Hunan Province.

Lingling County is a county established in ancient China. Lingling was named after the burial of Jiu Yi Shun. The Historical Records of the Five Emperors contains: Shun "hunted in the south, collapsed in the wild of Cangwu, and was buried in Jiuyi in the south of the Yangtze River, which is Lingling".

Yongzhou (Lingling), formerly known as Quanling and later renamed Lingling, is the original county-level Yongzhou City, which is one of the two urban areas of Yongzhou City. It is a civilized ancient city with a history of more than 2,000 years and one of the four famous historical and cultural cities in Hunan. According to the records of literature and history, about 5000 years ago, Lingling belonged to the sphere of influence of Emperor Yan, and at the end of primitive society it belonged to the south of Sanmiao country.

1, Yongzhou Lingling Dongshan Scenic Area

Yongzhou Lingling Dongshan Scenic Area is mainly composed of Huai Su calligraphy culture and religious culture, including Dongshan Historical Commercial Plaza, Film and Television Cultural Center (Song Cheng), Tourism Reception Center (Dongshan Lake Hotel), Ancient Sports and Entertainment Center (Zhangfei Park), Yao Ziling Scenic Area, "Blue Sky Banana Shadow" Scenic Area, Religious Cultural Scenic Area, Dongmen Confucian Temple Scenic Area, Dongshan Lake Scenic Area and so on.

2. Zhoujia Courtyard

Located in Jianyantou Village, Fujiaqiao Town, Lingling District, Yongzhou City, six big houses have been well preserved since the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The descendants of Zhoujia Courtyard are descendants of Zhou Dunyi, the originator of Neo-Confucianism in the Song Dynasty, hence the name "Zhoujia Courtyard".

3. Huai Su Scenic Area

Located in the center of Yongzhou ancient city, on the east bank of Xiaoshui. The scenic spot is adjacent to the Municipal Museum in the east, Yongzhou No.3 Middle School in the south, Xiaoshui in the west and Xiaoxiang Middle Road in the north, covering an area of 1.500 mu, mainly to commemorate the historical and cultural sites of the famous calligrapher Huai Su in the Tang Dynasty. The main attractions are: Yongzhou Museum, Huai Su Garden, Bamboo City Sign, Wu Temple, Huokeji, Yongzhou Confucian Temple and East Gate City Wall.
