Where does Yanghe come from?
Yanghe is the wine of Jiangsu.

Yanghe wine, produced in Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, is the flagship product of Jiangsu Yanghe Winery Co., Ltd. The main raw materials of Yanghe wine are sorghum, wheat and barley. Good water makes good wine. The water quality in Suqian City, Jiangsu Province is sweet and rich in minerals. The climate in Suqian City, Jiangsu Province is suitable for the propagation of brewing microorganisms, which can provide excellent raw materials for the brewing of Yanghe wine.

According to textual research, Yanghe liquor-making began in the Han Dynasty and flourished in the Tang and Song Dynasties. Yanghe Town, Suqian City, Jiangsu Province was already a famous wine-making place in the Han Dynasty. Yanghe Daqu is a high-temperature Daqu cultivated with high-quality sticky sorghum as raw material, wheat, barley and peas as saccharifying starter, and brewed with the water of Renmei Mingquan.

Taste characteristics of Yanghe River

In the early years, Yanghe Daqu was a traditional Luzhou-flavor Daqu liquor. In 2003, Yanghe pioneered the soft liquor with aroma as the main component, and directly marked "soft" on the bottle, but the root of it was Luzhou-flavor Daqu liquor, which was refined from wheat, barley and peas.

However, Yanghe's soft Luzhou-flavor liquor is different from the traditional Luzhou-flavor liquor, which has the characteristics of low but not weak, high but not strong, low but not little, long and clean tail, fullness and harmony, soft throat at the entrance and easy and comfortable after drinking. Therefore, Yanghe wine is defined by taste, which can be said to be a positive change.

It is precisely because the strong aroma of Yanghe wine is different from the traditional one, so positioning at the high end, even if it is at the same price as Wuliangye, will not affect the market of Yanghe wine at all, because the styles of the two are completely different. Everyone who has drunk it knows that Wuliangye pursues explosive fragrance and spicy taste, while Yanghe wine is not as strong as Wuliangye, so it is easier to accept.
